PropScout provides player-performance analytics for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Site or in our Telegram bot is betting advice, financial advice, or a prediction or guarantee of any outcome. Sports are inherently uncertain. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose, and only participate where it is legal to do so. You must be 21 years or older (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).
Acceptance of terms
By accessing skprops.online (the "Site") or using our Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we provide
We compute and present analytics derived from publicly available sports data, including recent form, consistency, matchup context and a composite Form Score. These outputs are statistical summaries and estimates. They may contain errors, may rely on incomplete or delayed data, and should not be relied upon as fact.
No professional advice
Our content does not constitute financial, investment, legal or betting advice. We are not a licensed advisor and we do not offer personalised recommendations. Any decisions you make based on the information here are your sole responsibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site or bot for any unlawful purpose or where prohibited in your jurisdiction;
- scrape, copy or redistribute our content at scale without permission;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
- misrepresent our analytics as guarantees or professional advice to others.
Third-party data and links
The Site depends on third-party data sources (such as ESPN) and may contain links to third party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of those sources or sites.
Availability
We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropScout and its operators shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or bot, including any losses connected to decisions made based on our analytics.
